TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR PROJECT ENGINEERING – DESIGN LEAD

Interested in large-scale industrial construction projects that involve not only civil but also some technology part?

At Casale Project, you'll get to work on chemical plants, energy facilities, and other complex industrial projects. Your first project with us will be located in the Czech Republic – so fluent Czech/Slovak is a must,  English is a plus (but not necessary now).

Your responsibilities (no boring routine here!):

• Lead the project engineering team – both internal and external engineers – in all stages of the project

• Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Coordinate all technical disciplines and make sure everything fits together

• Ensure project documentation and technical solutions comply with the contract and technical annexes

• Manage and oversee all technical documentation, including proper approvals and storage

• Provide technical support to the construction team throughout the project

• Coordinate design supervision on-site

• And finally: deliver complete "As-built" documentation as defined in the contract

Education

✅ Degree in civil engineering

Languages

✅ Excellent Czech or Slovak – English is a plus

Software knowledge

✅ Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

✅ Proactive approach, ability to learn quickly, teamwork

✅ Strong technical insight and organizational skills
