Planning of procurement activities according to the company's current projects

Ensuring compliance with the project schedule

Purchase of a wide range of goods and services within the construction of industrial units for the production of chemical products and power engineering from catalytic reactors, compressors, process columns, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, valves, steel structures, to electrical material, meters, control and instrumentation technology, etc. Independent to conduct commercial negotiations of PO of complex supplies, services and construction contracts

Negotiating commercial and price conditions of orders and concluding strategic contracts with domestic and foreign suppliers

Creation and development of purchasing strategies in entrusted commodities

Supervision of timely and high-quality delivery directly to the destination, resolution of operational problems and complaints with suppliers

Verification of issued invoices by suppliers

Cooperation with colleagues from all departments, including inspection, expediting and logistics with an emphasis on adherence to company processes and fair play

University degree preferably in a technical field or experience in a related field for technical procurement (engineering, construction, construction,..)

Fluency in written and spoken English and Czech

Ability to negotiate contractual terms and conditions for domestic and foreign supplies of technical equipment and services related to the construction of operating units

Team player with the ability to build relationships inside and outside the company

Resilience in problem solving and complaints
