SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Czech/Slovak language required)

To support the sales organization in bid and tender execution, combining sales support coordination with partial cost estimation responsibilities. The role supports offer preparation by consolidating technical, commercial, and cost inputs, while strategic pricing and final decisions remain with Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:

Sales & Bid Support

• Monitoring and tracking relevant tenders and opportunities

• Coordinating bid preparation timelines and inputs

• Collecting and consolidating documentation from internal teams and subcontractors

• Compiling complete commercial, technical, and administrative offers

• Maintaining opportunities in Salesforce CRM

• Preparing internal sales reports

• Cooperation with the Headquarters sales team when required

  Cost Estimation / Budget Support

• Preparing cost estimates and bid budgets within defined guidelines

• Collecting pricing input from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Highlighting risks, assumptions, and gaps in cost structures

• Escalating key cost-related topics to senior sales or management

  Contract & Administration

• Supporting basic review of contractual requirements

• Coordinating feedback with Legal Department

• Administrative preparation of contracts for signature

What we hope you bring:

• Secondary school/University degree

• 2 – 3 years of experience in sales support/bid coordination or offer administration/cost estimation/Budgeting or project/commercial support roles

• Knowledge of with public tendering law (zákon o zadávání veřejných zakázek č.134/2016 Sb.)

• Fluency in English (spoken and written), Czech/Slovak native

• Very good communication skills

• Pro-active personality, organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
