The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex projects. This role is critical in ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Communication
Act as the primary representative of Casale to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Project Execution & Risk Management
Define project strategy and objectives, ensuring effective execution.
Oversee risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
Cost Control & Financial Oversight
Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and control financial risks.
Ensure accurate cost estimation and timely invoicing.
Contract & Procurement Management
Handle contract execution, change orders, and claims management.
Supervise proposal activities, ensuring support to Sales Division.
Engineering & Construction Coordination
Approve engineering deliverables and manage technical documentation.
Supervise procurement activities, ensuring contract compliance.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Ensure timely reporting to customers and internal management.
Monitor project milestones and manage potential delays.
Job requirements
✔️ Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Project Management within EP/EPC projects in industrial or engineering environments, with a proven track record of managing medium and large-scale projects.
✔️ Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in project management tools and systems, including software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
✔️ Leadership Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
✔️ Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
✔️ Education: Master’s degree in Engineering. A post graduate master’s program, PMI (Project Management Professional), or IPMA(International Project Management Association) certification is highly desirable.
