Your work will directly support the design, innovation, and continuous improvement of Casale’s proprietary technologies, contributing to cutting-edge solutions in the field of chemical engineering.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will use your modeling skills to create, improve, and maintain a large number of proprietary software tools used by Process Engineers in their design tasks. These tools include fully determinist and hybrid (AI + first principles) thermodynamic property packages, equilibrium and non-equilibrium models for unit operations such as columns, falling film evaporators, strippers, as well as reaction kinetics models and other dimensioning tools, applied to steady state and dynamic conditions. Tools that are part of Casale's proprietary technologies.

You will use your software programming expertise to develop user-friendly and intelligent desktop and web applications, supported by AI, aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing the design and robustness of Casale’s chemical processes and engineering divisions' workflows.

You will develop analytical tools for analyzing and forecasting plant data, and you will calibrate our models to accurately reproduce both laboratory and plant data. You will support the creation of new ideas and models in collaboration with the research and development division.

You will interact with the technological core of the company in a friendly environment, constantly seeking to improve your scientific knowledge and modeling skills.
