Casale SA is a leading firm specializing in designing and implementing innovative plants to produce green ammonia, ammonia, nitrates, phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, and syngas.

In this frame, the company is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Section team and work with a passionate, detail-oriented, and international team.

You will be an asset to our organization supporting business development by understanding and assessing the internal and external environment and scenario, providing analysis to monitor Casale's positioning in relation to the target market, and developing tools that are useful for defining the commercial and business growth strategy, and the marketing plan.

The ideal candidate will oversee digital campaigns, web platforms, and social media channels, conduct analytical reports, and create engaging content and designs to support our marketing initiatives with the following responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company’s website and lead digital advertising campaigns to enhance visibility and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Analytics: Monitor KPIs and measure the performance of marketing initiatives to calculate ROI. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to provide insights and guide business decisions.
  • Social Media: Manage the company's LinkedIn profile, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Graphic and Copywriting: Develop compelling graphics and copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand's voice and visual guidelines.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Job requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

Software knowledge

Proficient in using CRM and business intelligence tools, with a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Experienced graphic design and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and social media management.
