Marketing Analyst

Job description

Casale SA, leader in chemical plant design (ammonia, nitrates and phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, syngas) and operating on a worldwide basis is seeking a Marketing Analyst.
The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing company, working in a challenging and multicultural environment.
The offered position is within the Marketing Team, Commercial Division, and the candidate will be part of an existing group of experienced person.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
  • Analyze marketing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track and report on key marketing & sales metrics and KPIs (Salesforce, SAP, Google Analytics, etc.).

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing & sales performance, market trends, forecasts, and customer insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies based on data analysis and market research findings.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technology Managers) to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Assist in creating marketing campaign strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation and Editorial Activities:

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, articles, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct thorough research to generate original content ideas and contribute to the content calendar.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product/technology management, and creative, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing external vendors (research companies, consulting partners, communication agencies) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Job requirements

Education

  • degree in economics and commerce, management engineering, statistical sciences, or similar disciplines.

Languages

  • Italian and English (good level), any other languages are a plus.

Experience

  • minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a consulting company, preferably in a related field.

Tools

  • high know-how and expertise of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce), experience with Business Intelligence tools.
