HR Administration Assistant

Job description

Casale SA, leader in chemical plant design (ammonia, nitrates and phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, syngas) and operating on a worldwide basis is seeking an HR Administration Assistant.

The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing company, working in a challenging and multicultural environment.
The offered position is within the Human Resources Department, and the candidate will be part of an existing group of experienced person.

Main duties and Responsibilities:


  • Be one of the contact person for general HR Admin related queries.
  • Organize and maintain employee records, such as personal information and contracts (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information.
  • Manage employees leave of absence, illness, injuries, work permit obtainment, work permit renewals, etc.
  • Manage the Time & Attendance system.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit, including entering data into HR information systems
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Analyze data with useful HR metrics.

Job requirements

Education

  • Commercial Diploma, HR Assistant professional diploma is considered a plus.

Languages

  • Italian and English (good level).

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Tools

  • Good knowladge of Microsoft Office Excel.

Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced role ensuring attention to detail is maintained.
  • Highly confidential and trustworthy when dealing with people data.
