In this frame, the company is currently seeking a dynamic Business Acquisition Manager.

The Head of Casale Regional Office reports hierarchically to the Head of Commercial Division and functionally to the Area Manager for business development and proposals activities.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

His prime responsibilities are local business development and support to the acquisitions in line with the sales and marketing strategies defined by the Area Manager.

This also includes:

  • Act as a “local” ambassador for Casale, since the regional office will act as the focal point for all the opportunities in the Country;

  • Develop strong professional relationships with local clients, partners and subcontractors;

  • Achieve business acquisition objectives  by planning, developing, and implementing the market strategies defined jointly with the Area Manager;

  • Identify market opportunities by understanding customers’ requirements, implementing strategies in the Country according to the guidelines agreed with the Area Manager;

  • Support the Area Manager in the local coordination of agents/representatives throughout the entire sales process;

  • Support technical presentations and meetings with clients, including a periodical engagement plan to be agreed with the Area Manager;

  • Assess competition strengths, weaknesses, products, and strategies;

  • Draft, revision and finalization of the proposals and contracts in the Country, to be reviewed by the Area Manager;

  • Prepare monthly reports to the Area Manager regarding the Sales activities, markets (share and trend), performance indicators including won and lost opportunities, forecast and recovery plan (if any);

  •  Update the internal tools (Plant Data Base, SalesForce, etc) and screening the new leads from the website.
