Civil Engineer/BIM Specialist with Czech

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer/BIM Specialist  to join our Civil team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an international, detail-oriented, and dynamic environment, contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

ARCHITECTURE OF THE CONSTRUCTION PART OF PROJECT

• Preparation and processing of technical documentation of the construction part in all phases of the project, especially drawings of the architectural and construction part, technical reports and bills of quantities

• You will be responsible for adhering to the norms, standards and procedures applicable in general and for a specific project

• You will participate in negotiations with the customer and supplier

• You will support the implementation (construction) in occasional author's supervision

CIVIL ENGINEER - CONCRETE

• Preparation and processing of technical documentation in all phases of the project in Autodesk Revit

• Coordination of the construction project with other professions – steel structures, mechanical, electrical, piping, ..

BIM SPECIALIST

• Communication with designers and setting up software according to their needs

• Conversion and coordination of 3D models from various software used in the construction center (REVIT, SCIA Engineer, AdvanceSteel) and creation of BIM models

• Creation of catalogues and libraries of building structures and building elements with data information

• Creation of standardized statements and reports

• Data for 4D (scheduling and support for project schedule)

• Data for 5D (area, price, progress)

• Cooperation with AVEVA E3D software administrator (3D model of professions, apparatuses/piping/electrical/..

Education

✅ Secondary school degree as minimum – civil field

Languages

✅ Fluency in English (spoken and written), Czech/Slovak native

Software knowledge

✅ REVIT, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, AdvanceSteel 

Skills

✅ Proactive approach, ability to learn quickly, teamwork

Experience

✅ Ideally 2 years of experience in similar position, but suitable also for fresh graduates with the interest in the field
