Mechanical Engineer - Junior

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an international, detail-oriented, and dynamic environment, contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating 2D project documentation (sketches of apparatus with appropriate details)
• Creating demand specifications, technical clarification of offers from suppliers and their technical evaluation
• Preparation of the technical part of the purchase orders
• Inspection of production documentation
• Cooperation and coordination with colleagues from other professions
• Negotiations with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients
• Support for the inspection department during inspections of work in progress, dimensional inspections and final acceptances
• Support for construction and assistance during commissioning

Education

✅ Studies in Mechanical engineering (secondary or higher education)

Languages

✅ Knowledge of English – ideally at a communicative level, with the possibility to improve skills through company courses

Skills

✅ Ability to read technical drawings

✅ General knowledge of materials (stainless and carbon steel), welding, and a basic understanding of fluid mechanics or thermodynamics

✅ A positive attitude toward chemistry is an advantage, but not a requirement, as there is a separate department for chemical processes

✅Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
